Routine Carpet Cleaning

We cover the following cities:

Our pricing schedule is as follows:

· 30 cents per square foot for carpet cleaning
· 30 cents per square foot + $2.25 for steps
· 18 cents per square foot for MicroBan disinfectant
· 10 cents per square foot for 3M Scotchguard
· $75 minimum charge
· Spotting is included at no additional charge
· Upholstered chairs, $50. 
Couches/Loveseats are $17 per Linear Foot. 
For dry-cleaning, add 50%.
· Area rugs are 40 cents per square foot, and area rugs that need dry-cleaning are $1.20 per square foot
This price includes moving furniture up to 150 pounds.

CLEANING METHOD
All of our routine carpet cleaning will be done by hot-water extraction (aka steam cleaning).  Most of it will be done with a portable extractor. 

PAYMENT
We accept payment by cash, check, Master Card, VISA, or we can invoice you.

Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm.  After hours our lines are handled by an answering service that will page our emergency crews 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, weekends and holidays.
